Unfortunately, I believe your only option is to use something like AnyDVD HD in Windows. I think Windows should natively recognize the 360 HD-DVD drive. From there, once you've extracted the movie, should only be a matter of running it through something like Handbrake.. I believe DVDFab's "Passkey" program still supports ripping HD-DVDs. I think "Clown BD" still knows how to process a HD-DVD into something.... So I picked up some HD DVDs on the super-cheap.
